Terms and Conditions

These terms apply to every job carried out by Rapid Tyre Rescue, 94 Slough Business Park Farnham Road, Slough, SL1 3FQ.

Your price

We agree the price with you on the phone before a fitter is dispatched. That price covers the work we discussed. If the fitter finds something different when they arrive, such as damage that means a repair isn't safe, they will explain it and agree any new price with you before doing any extra work.

Payment

Payment is taken on site when the job is finished, by card or cash.

Cancelling

If you no longer need us, please call 07482 742906 as soon as you can so we can stop the fitter. If the fitter has already set off or arrived, we will tell you on the phone whether a charge applies.

Tyre warranty

New tyres carry the manufacturer's warranty. If you think a tyre we fitted is faulty, contact us and we will help you with the claim.

Liability

Our fitters work with care and are insured. We are not responsible for existing damage or wear to your vehicle, or for problems caused by information we were given that turns out to be wrong. Nothing in these terms affects your legal rights as a consumer.
