We only work where it's safe to do so. If the spot isn't safe, we'll tell you where to move to, or help you get there.
Can you fit a tyre on the hard shoulder?
On a motorway hard shoulder we'll advise you on the call. Your safety comes first.
Do you cover A-roads?
Yes, including the A4, A30, A40, A355 and A404.
Can you come to a lay-by?
Yes. Lay-bys are often the safest place to stop, and we work in them regularly.
Should I keep my hazard lights on?
Yes. Keep them on until we arrive and while we work.
How do you find me on an unlit road?
Send a WhatsApp location pin. It shows us exactly where the car is.
How long will I be waiting at the roadside?
We aim to arrive within 30 minutes, depending on your location, traffic and technician availability. We'll confirm a time on the call. Wait somewhere safe, away from traffic.
What if the car is in a dangerous spot?
If you're in a live lane on a motorway, call 999 first. Otherwise stay away from traffic and we'll advise you.
